(#75) Alex: Christmas with Khan

Alex and Brian doing Wrath of Khan has been on my mind for long time, but I just came up with the Christmas play twist this week. I think it takes the joke to the next level and I love the way it turned out.
I described the Rudolph and Santa props to Joe and he made them. The antlers are twist ties colored with magic marker. The Rudolph nose is red clay from my art kit. The Santa props are cotton, twist ties, and construction paper.
In my first draft, Joe's last line was "Their version of The Sound of Music was really weird." I quickly decided that these characters would never do that. Some of the other options that Joe and I brainstormed included Life of Abe Lincoln, Richard III, Who's on First, and Midnight Run. Joe came up with Waiting for Godot, because Joe rules.
